This Privacy Policy explains how FindBestStay ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information belonging to vendors who register for and use the FindBestStay API platform ("Service"). It does not apply to travelers or end customers of our vendors — vendors are solely responsible for their own privacy practices toward their own customers.
When you register for an account, we collect your company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. When you use the Service, we log API request metadata (timestamps, endpoint, response status) for billing, security, and support purposes. We do not require or store government ID, payment card numbers, or banking credentials — wallet top-ups are processed by our payment partner directly, and offline top-ups only require a reference/proof document you choose to upload.
Passwords are stored as one-way salted hashes, never in plain text. API secrets are shown to you once at generation time and are never stored or displayed in plain text again — only you hold the plaintext secret. Login is protected by two-factor email OTP verification and automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts. All dashboard and API traffic is served over HTTPS.
We do not sell vendor information. Booking requests you submit are relayed to our travel inventory partners solely to complete the search, price, and booking flow you initiated — no more information is shared with them than is necessary to fulfil that specific request. We may share information if required by law or to protect the security of the Service.
We retain account, wallet, and booking records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, audit, and legal compliance purposes, even after a vendor account is deactivated or deleted.
You can update your contact details from your dashboard at any time. You can revoke your own API credentials and generate new ones whenever you choose. To request account closure or data deletion beyond what we are legally required to retain, contact us using the details below.
